LETTERKENNY TENNIS CLUB\u00a0 \u2013 CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Membership fees\/Annual Levy 2019 include\u00a0Tennis Ireland affiliation fees<\/strong>. \u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  2. Active Life Members pay a \u20ac50 annual levy to cover Tennis Ireland affiliation fees, insurance and general running cost.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  3. Monies to be made\u00a0payable to Letterkenny Tennis Club.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  4. Membership is valid until the end of December 2010 from date of completed application.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  5. Family membership is inclusive of all children who are not in paid employment and still studying.<\/li>\r\n
  6. The application form must be fully completed and signed by the applicant\/s.\u00a0 Names and D.O.B of children must be included on the form. \u00a0<\/li>\r\n
  7. Applications for those under 18 (Junior)\u00a0must be signed by parent or guardian<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Parent or guardian must read the\u00a0JUNIOR SAFETY DOCUMENT and sign<\/strong>\u00a0to indicate their acceptance of same and return to Treasurer (address on membership form).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    1. All members will receive a key to outside gate.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
        \r\n
      1. Please ensure gate is locked when leaving.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
      2. A\u00a0fob key\u00a0<\/strong>is available on request on payment of \u20ac25 to either Jane Watt or Louis Bradley (Treasurers). This allows access to the Clubhouse-kitchen, toilets, table tennis etc.\u00a0\u00a0This fob key is<\/strong>\u00a0NOT AVAILABLE\u00a0 to Juniors ie under 18s,<\/strong>\u00a0and they may not be left unsupervised by an adult in the clubhouse.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
      3. Booking of courts must be done in advance and on the hour<\/strong>.\u00a0 Full members must write names in book (in green box outside clubhouse door) to book a court. \u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

        Non-members can ring the club mobile \u2013 086 3360747 and will have their name entered to book their court.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

          \r\n
        1. Full members may book a maximum of 1 court for 2 hours; non members may book a maximum of 1 court for 1 hour.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
            \r\n
          1. Block booking of courts is not allowed \u2013 members may only book 2 weeks in advance, non-members only one week in advance.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
          2. If a booked court is not occupied within ten minutes of the hour it may be re-allocated.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
          3. All players must wear appropriate footwear when on court i.e. flat soled non-marking tennis shoes. Black soled footwear is not permitted.\u00a0<\/li>\r\n
          4. Floodlights are available on a token system which may be purchased for \u20ac5 from Michael Gillen, Heel Bar, Tesco Shopping Centre or Harris\u2019 Stop n Shop\u00a0 (near Station Roundabout).<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
